Absolutely! When you contact us, as you are interested in any of the services we provide, we will provide you with a free no obligation quote.
Why do you need my address?
In order to give any of our potential new clients a quote, we require your address so we can inspect the property to ensure we are giving you an accurate quote.
When do you start removing snow?
Depending on the severity of the storm as well as the service option selected, there are different times allocated. For Commercial properties, snow removal will start overnight and into the morning. For Residential properties we typically like to start around 9AM, if the storm ran through the night. If the storms runs through the day we may start the removal process later in the evening. Whatever Mother Nature throws at us, know that your property will be fully cleaned!
What happens if we have an issue during the winter?
If the city plow comes after we leave, or if you have any concerns, we become available 24 hours a day 7 days a week from November to April. We will be able to address any of your concerns day or night.
